SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Buyer to pay shipping & handling costs by USPS or UPS to be used unless buyer specifically requests a service (except for free shipping items). 

ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING - TERMS: For any item that has FREE SHIPPING. Note that free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states….does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international shipping. There is not an option to exclude Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico when computing shipping charges. Please contact us for shipping charges BEFORE purchasing.

 ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING: If item is returned, the cost to ship item to buyer will be deducted from refund amount. Refund amount will be price paid less the shipping cost incurred by DPF Plumbing & 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Please choose your shipping service carefully as 1^st Class International may not have tracking information available for all countries.  No items will be replaced or refunds issued on international shipping, so choosing Priority Mail International is definitely your better choice.   By choosing 1^st Class International as your service you agree to our terms and conditions and will not hold DPF Plumbing responsible for loss or damage to the package and items in it.

COMBINED SHIPPING CHARGES: Purchases from other DPF Plumbing auctions may be combined to save on shipping costs, but all items must ship from the same warehouse/manufacturer to be eligible.  Please contact us for combined shipping costs and eligibility before paying for purchase to ensure the best combined rate.

 SHIPPING LEAD TIME:  Shipping lead time is indicated in listing above.   Please note that some of our items do have extended handling times.

DOMESTIC PURCHASES: Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal accepted. 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:  Payment to be made by PayPal.  Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURN POLICY:  Exchanges can be made (for same or comparable item, if available) for damaged items.  This item may be returned if it is in original, unopened packaging in undamaged, uninstalled condition.  Item may not have any wrench marks or show any signs of attempted installation.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (both ways) and any fees that are incurred through eBay or PayPal.  20% restocking fee will be levied on all returns.
