POSTAL INFORMATION

We offer quick turnaround of your order, dispatched in suitable protective packaging.

We dispatch orders on the same day, if ordered and paid for before noon (10.00am on Saturdays).

We use ROYAL MAIL and PARCELFORCE.

We deliver WORLDWIDE. If your countries postal rate is not displayed in our listing, please e-mail / message us for the correct rate.

On certain items (flags etc) we deliver within 7 days subject to stock availability, although delivery is usually much sooner. This may be affected by Bank holidays / National Holidays etc.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you need to return one of our products, we accept all returns where the product is unopened / unused etc. We will pay postage both ways.
