Delivery confirmation is free.  I only ship in the United States because delivery confirmation is not available otherwise.

I do not charge handling fees.

Shipping takes 2-9 days depending on where you live.  I usually ship out 3 times a week so your item will be shipped out within 2-3 days of payment. I do upgrade to priority mail when possible.
