Note:  The 'guide line arrow' only occurs once in 1/100 stamps.  Sheets are printed in panes of 400 stamps.  A guide line is in between each of 100 stamps (1 horiz. & 1 vert.).  The guide line 'ARROW' is at the beginning of each guide line to aid the  printer in cutting the panes into sheets of 100 stamps.
