This is a Silver Plated Butterfly Pendant, hand crafted from Taxco, Mexico. It is 1-7/8 inches long including the bale. It is 1-1/4 inches across.

Silver plating consists of a base metal electroplated with 100% pure silver. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver, the remainder can be any metal. Silver plating puts 100% pure silver against your skin!

Since the year 2000, I have traveled to Taxco, Mexico to buy jewelry for Silver Dream. I personally select each piece. This pendant is from Taxco and it is silver plated.
