How to Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier, simply enter the number of items that you would like to purchase, and your desired colour and length from the drop down box (where applicable) and click on the "buy it now" button. Once your order has been placed you will then be directed to make payment.

Paypal is our preferred payment method as it is fast, safe and offers protection for both you as a buyer and us as a seller - we are fully verified by paypal. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer, and most Credit and Debit cards (Please call 01482 474786). Sorry but we do not accept personal cheque payments under any circumstance.

Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. We will then send you a further email once your payment has been received

Shipping:

Great care is taken when handling your order and our professional staff will wrap your item and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Depending on the time of your order, your purchase will be dispatched either the same day, or the following day. All orders are dispatched within 24 hour of cleared payments being received. This excludes weekends and Bank holidays.

All items are dispatched via Recorded post unless an express delivery option is chosen when checking out. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address on checkout as we can not be held liable for goods being lost in the post due to incorrect, incomplete or old addresses being supplied. We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email, confirming the dispatch of your item. Most orders are then received within 2 to 5 days from receiving this dispatch email (excluding bank holidays) but this is not guaranteed. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us regarding lost items.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please do not worry. We will offer you a full refund or replacement item and will deal with any issue fast! However, you may be required to wait until the Royal Mail has investigated any claim. Proof of postage is available on all purchases.

Should your item arrive damaged we ask that you contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours after receiving the item). We will do all we can to ensure that your goods are replaced quickly. We may require photographic proof of damage and where this is not possible we may require the goods returning to us for inspection.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept these items back once worn. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason they must not be used or removed from their packaging clip. Please note once the hair is unclipped from the packaging we are unable to accept the return. All returns must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to accept your return at our own discretion, You must first obtain written consent from us whereby we will supply you with with further details including a return code. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase and in some cases a restocking fee may be taken to cover our initial costs of postage.
