Large, high-quality graphic display with RGB LED backlight!  Use PWM to achieve virtually any backlight color.  

LCD module is negative, so font appears as RGB on black background.  If you prefer black font on RGB we also have a positive type module for sale in our store.

HD44780 compatibility means it is easy to use and drive; Arduino libraries and example code for other MCUs are readily available.

Pinout is standard HD44780 except for the extra 2 pins for the RGB backlight.  These LCD modules can be substituted onto any board meant for a standard run-of-the-mill character LCD display--the display will function as a standard character LCD with red background if the extra pins are left unattached.
