We offer free appraisal and free jewelry cleaning on merchandise purchased in our store. We service jewelry, watches, stone setting and remounts.

• Credit card payments can be made via Paypal as long as payee's address has been confirmed. The item can only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address and this precaution is taken to protect both the seller and buyer. It will also ensure that your order be processed in a timely manner.
• If it is a high ticket purchase, your payment may be reviewed by PayPal.
• Payment must be made within 2 business days or contact me immediately if there's a delay.

• All orders will be shipped via USPS / FEDEX including a tracking number.
• Signature confirmation will be mandatory for items above $250.
• Shipments will only be made on business days and none on weekends or national holidays.
• Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
• Florida buyers are responsible for a 7% sales tax.
• The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, and/or charges for international shipments.
