Natural Beef Middles - 55-60mm 18 meters per pack.
These casings are suitable for making Haggis, Salamis etc.
Each Beef Middle is 9meters long in length and there are 2 middles per pack giving you a total of 18meters!
These casings will last up to 4 to 6 months as long as they preserved correctly, kept in salt or brine and out of direct sunlight.
Casings need to be soaked overnight before use, and any pieces not used can be drained and salted or placed in brine then stored away.
Diameter is 55-60mm.
