POSTAGE CONDITIONS

All items are fully inspected prior to despatch to ensure the product is fault free

All items are posted in discrete plain packaging

We aim to despatch all items within one working day of purchase

Orders received before 3pm are usually posted the same working day

we always obtain proof of posting & co-operate fully with the Royal mail in the investigation of lost parcels/failed deliveries

Get it Fast / Next Day delivery

We use Royal Mail special delivery for our get it fast service this guarantees delivery the next working day before 1pm

We will endeavour to post all get it fast items the same day as purchase however items may be posted the following day as in busy periods there may not be sufficient time to  pack & transport item to post office

If you require a guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us before purchase The post office charge extra for Saturday deliveries & we will advise you of any additional charge before you buy

Postage Charges

Please review our postage charges carefully before purchasing any item

We aim to be amongst the lowest cost suppliers on Ebay for the items we sell based on the total cost purchase price + p&p

Do not be fooled by sellers who regularly offer free p&p as these cost will usually be hidden in the total purchase price

Our postage cost is not just the charges made by the post office they also include the following costs

Postage bags

Address labels

Printed materials

Printing costs (ink cartridges printer maintenance)

Labour cost (inspection picking & packing)

Transportation to post office

We aim to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction so if you believe the total cost of our products is too high we would rather you did not purchase than leave poor feedback or low detailed seller ratings

Returns

We offer a full returns policy on all items except stockings, briefs & bra & brief sets

Our returns policy has been approved by Ebay & fully complies with Ebay policy & your legal rights as set out in the Sale of Goods Act

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a return within 7 days of receipt

To do so please go to the resolution centre & request a return giving the reason for return

Items should be posted within 48 hours of the request being accepted

Items should be returned in the same condition they were despatched in the original manufacturers packaging

Item returned after 7 working days may be rejected

All returned items are inspected for signs of wear and/or damage

Worn or damaged items will be returned to the buyer without refund

refunds are made less the postage costs & subject to a 5% handling fee unfortunately we have to charge this to cover paypal charges which are not refunded to business account such as ours

Lost Items / Failed Deliveries

We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for all despatches

Any lost/failed deliveries are reported to the Royal Mail for investigation

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive we will provide a full refund on the condition that you co-operate fully with the Royal Mail investigation

Buyers will be required to provide a day time contact number where the Royal Mail can contact them

Failure to co-operate with the Royal Mail investigation may result in buyers being reported to Ebay & a delay in any refund being issued
