Our offices are located in central United States to ensure you will receive your items as fast as possible. Our main goal is to combine the highest quality products at the best possible prices with world class customer service.

We accept payment by PayPal.

Shipping

In most cases we ship orders the next business day with delivery in 2 to 5 business days depending upon delivery location.  Once the item has shipped you will be notified by eBay and provided with a tracking number.  For your protection we require a signature on higher value items.  In the unlikely event that your item gets lost or damaged please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you.  Our warehouse staff are dedicated to making sure you receive your item in a safe and timely manner.

Returns

We accept returns for any reason.  If you wish to return an item please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).  We will provide a free shipping label if your item is defective or was does not match the eBay item description.  We will offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund.  We do not provide free return shipping for non-defective returns.  If the item being returned is non-defective and has been used we will charge a 15% restocking fee.  To request a return please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
