Before you return any of our items please make sure to contact us via eBay or email first so that we provide a correct return address for you.
If it appears that you have purchased wrong type item, changed your mind or item does not work as expected we'll be glad to offer replacement or refund within 60 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns after 3 months of receipt. For items returned in broken, damaged condition only partial or no refund will be issued.
Please pack it safely in small/standard size bubble envelope and send it back by standard shipping method as a letter or large envelope, no express or special delivery is necessary. Make sure you include your eBay username, full name, purchase date and the reason for the return, for us to be able to process replacement/refund efficiently.
Opening return request isn’t necessary. Item(s) has to be returned or on its way back before any refund can be processed. Returned items have to be in its original condition with all accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
In cases where our item(s) after testing will be confirmed as not functioning properly or faulty, we’ll credit your return fees. In other cases, if a device was purchased by mistake or changed your mind buyer himself would be responsible for return fees.
We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for customers outside the UK but we'll still credit your return fees when an item is faulty/damaged.
Please allow us up to 2-3 business days for inspection/testing, replacement or refund after goods are received.
