Cadillac factory GM Homelink rolling code garage door transmitter. This transmitter slides into a slot in the overhead console behind the rear view mirror. All Cadillac's with the overhead Homelink console slot are pre-wired for the Homelink transmitter. This remote works on almost all garage door openers including rolling code, fixed code and even gates. You can program 1-3 doors with the same remote. Programming instructions are online at the Homelink website and in your owners manual of your Cadillac. The LED light on this unit is yellow/amber, meaning it is rolling code capable. Homelink is compatible with radio frequency devices operating between 288 and 433 MHz
