4. RETURNS / EXCHANGES within 24hrs -- All items purchased from Reed Hill ltd. should be fully inspected by Buyer upon receipt. Any issues with merchandise received must be reported to Reed Hill Ltd, at , within 24 hrs of delivery per UPS or USPS Computer. 5. Prompt action is necessary for a refund of purchase price. -- Shipping is never refundable -- Returns must be in the same condition and package sent -- or an additional 25-50% Restocking Fee, plus any necessary Reconditioning and Shipping Fees will be charged.

7. All returns MUST submit a valid tracking number within 72 hrs of delivery per UPS or USPS Computer. Any returns after 72 hrs will be subject to a restocking fee of 25 - 50% depending on item plus any additional reconditioning and shipping fees.
