With this model, the coax braid is crimped to the connector body and the center pin fitment may be by crimp, solder, or crimp + solder.

If you prefer to crimp only the coax braid and solder only the center pin, please look at our auction number 152512242571 which is our braid crimp / pin solder model. Either model is a nice choice for quality construction and great performance.

These connectors are popular for making RG-58 jumpers for interconnecting in the radio shack, and also mobile or home antenna installations.

Included with each purchase is a 12-inch length of “Therm-O-Sleeve”  Polyolefin 2:1 heat shrink ratio sufficient to cut into 10, 1-inch lengths for installing on each connector, giving a professional, protective and attractive appearance to your connector installation.This heat shrink is shown installed our photograph.
