Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or three days after dispatch depending on your location (for orders sent USPS 1st Class/Priority), and five to seven days for UPS Ground.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
For Canadian customers, we ship via USPS/UPS. Shipping time and cost may vary. You might need to pay customs tax when importing goods into your country, buyers are responsible for these frees. We reserve the right to select which shipping company/carrier will deliver your product. This might affect you if you live in a rural community that does not accept deliveries from any specific shipping company. All GPS multimedia packages require a signature, please have someone at home sign for the package. If a person cannot be present during the delivery date please contact the carrier's local office for pickup.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (except for final and open box sales, which will be stated in the listing). We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any non-defect return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us to get an RMA number and return instructions.
