This ad is for a supercharger rebuild service  for the Eaton M112 supercharger as used in Jaguar models, suitable for all 4.0 litre applications of the M112.

Send your supercharger to us and we will strip and rebuild it with new oil seal, quality SKF nose bearings (sourced to the correct clearance specification for the Eaton's speed range) and the original specification rear needle roller bearings.  After assembly the gearbox refilled with BP synthetic oil to the correct grade.  Please see our other ads for a service which includes fitment of an upgraded supercharger pulley.

This service cleans but does not recoat the rotors - if your rotors are damaged, or if your casing is scored, we cannot remedy those problems but we can provide a new exchange supercharger if necessary.  Also, if you already have a knocking or rumbling supercharger, please investigate the source of the noise before removing from the car - if the centre bearings in the rotor pack are failed, these are sealed items designed by Eaton not to be changed.  We can only renew the snout bearings and rear needle rollers, if the centre pack bearings are worn this service will not fix the problem.  As with rotor/casing damage, the only solution to failed centre bearings is to exchange for a new supercharger.
