Dispatch & Postage

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon the same working day (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays, orders placed after 12 noon will ship the following working day.

All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class unless you upgrade your postage at checkout for an additional charge. We will combine multiple orders that have been paid for in single transactions.

Payment

If you are using the eBay app on a smart phone or device, Use the web browser instead in order to get the combined shipping and product discounts. Payments should be made within 7 days or an eBay case will automatically open for any unpaid item. Please note we cannot refund postage if you pay for multiple items with multiple payments.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 working days providing they are returned to us in an unused and saleable condition. The return postage is to be paid for by the buyer unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item. Please contact us prior to any returns as we will try and rectify any problems.
