Ebay’s Estimated Delivery Dates
When you purchase from us, ebay will provide you with an estimated delivery
date for your item. This is an automated process that ebay has in place which
assumes we will post your item straight away and does not take into account
that this is a bespoke item, made to order with time needed to receive approval
before going into production. Therefore our delivery dates will usually be
later than these estimated dates, depending how long the approval process
takes. We wait until we receive
approval via email from you, so please check your ebay messages regularly after
purchasing. Our production turnaround for
orders of 200 items and under is 1 working day from receiving your design
approval via ebay messages. If your order is larger than 200 items please
contact us for a more accurate lead-time.
Postage
Our free postage option takes 3-5 working days from date of postage. If you
prefer a faster and more secure service, alternative postage options are
detailed in the Postage & Packing section. We recommend for larger orders
that you choose a tracked service as we are unable to replace lost orders which
have been sent by regular post. As the occasional package does go astray
after dispatch, we recommend if your delivery is critical that you choose one
of the more secure postage options when you checkout. If you need to receive
your order very quickly, please contact us for express postage costs. Do note
that we make every effort to dispatch orders in a timely fashion.
Office Hours
Our office hours are 9.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
Any orders received after hours will be processed the next
working day. Thank you.
