By default, all orders will be posted via AUSPOST standard post. If you need an item in an urgent, please choose express post during check out which will make delivery much quicker. If you are within AUSPOST express network area, next business day delivery is guaranteed*.

Our aim is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. Return a purchase in its original condition within 30 days if any manufacture fault and we will exchange or refund you.

We don't accept return if no manufacture fault. However, we are happy to help exchange if wrong size or not fit in which case buyer need to cover back and forth postage.

To be eligible for exchange or refund, all tags need to be on and product need to be in clean, neat and resalable condition.

Please contact us before return and exchange as we will instruct the steps and process need to be followed. Extra cost incurred by not following the process will NOT be reimbursed.
