Tyco '57 T-bird Slotcar, Thunderbird, Clear Roof, Curve Hugger Here up for sale is a used Tyco '57 T-bird, made in 1975. Originally came with a factory white painted roof. This one has had the white paint stripped, leaving a clear roof. Rear bumper is missing. Front bumper has considerable chrome wear. Body paint shows wear marks with the white body plastic showing through in spots. The side chrome header pipes have been reglued. Car comes on a running Tyco curvehugger chassis with the black front pickup shoe plastic assembly piece having being replaced with a grey one. The pickup shoes are grooved somewhat from wear. Front tires are not originals and have cracks, so need to be replaced. Rear tires are AJ's white silicone type for good traction. The clear roof gives this one a unique touch whether it be for the collection or a runner. Check out the other slotcar items in my ebay store, since you can combine items to save on shipping.
