 to add some fluff to the skirt

Tag reads size 8, but it is a VINTAGE item,
and would fit a current size 2

 and it is a little bit tight on the hips

VERY GOOD CONDITION
the lining where the piece of tulle is attached might need some repair (like a small hem on the sides), but this is easy to fix and anyway nobody can see it of course!
