Approximate measurements:

waist: 13" to 13.5" when stretched

underarm to underarm: 15" - when not stretched
  (there is a small elastic band at the back)

bustier length (from middle of cleavage to waist): 7 1/4"

skirt length: 17.5"

Would fit a size 4/6, with a 34C bra size

The model is size 2, 34B bust
and it is a little bit too loose on her.

The skirt has smooth large pleats at the size level
that blends along the length of the skirt (please see photo 5)

At the bottom there is a 3" band for a nice finish.

 fabric:

shell: 97% cotton, 3% spandex

lining: 100% polyester

The dress is in perfect condition. However the belt is missing. The loops are still there (please see photos 4 and 5). You can add any sash of your choice. I just chose a pink one for the photos.
