Please make your payment within 2 days after purchase. If you are buying more than one item, upon completion of your order - please contact us and we will send you combined invoice with reduced shipping costs (unless items shipped for FREE). This applies only to international sales, as all domestic UK customers are not charged for shipping.

Insurance:
Please Email us if you require shipping insurance or you would like your item to be posted with tracking number. We usually recommend to send "Signed for with tracking number" for items that cost over 25 GBP.

Time frame:
Usually we have a full range of lashes available for immediate shipping, but please keep in mind that in rare and unlikely event that we do not have your particular combination of curl/thickness/length - it may take up to 10-12 days from your purchase to have it shipped. If you need to receive quickly (within few days) - please email us first before placing a bid to check stock immediately available for dispatch.
Shipping Methods:
We use First Class Royal Mail for majority of UK orders. If you prefer other shipping method - please contact us.
We also offer "Guaranteed Next Day" special delivery Royal Mail to UK destinations. If you would like to use this service - make sure you contact us first, allowing us to check stock immediately available for dispatch. "Guaranteed Next Day" orders are posted same day if the product confirmed as "available", and you pay before 10:30 AM. In this case, Royal Mail guarantees to deliver next day before 1 PM
We use Airmail Small Parcel for orders outside UK. It usually takes 10-15 Working Days (not Calendar Days) to reach most international destinations after the dispatch.
