They are without polishing back side and without protection of water soft 

They are still with a little smell of fish that desappear after a week in a fresh air. After that you can't even recognize the difference the smell between  fish leather and other types of leather.

Each piece is approximately 23 inches(60 cm) in lenght  and 5 inches in width (widest part). Lenght variability is about +2 / -2

Thickness of the skin is about 0,01 inches (0.5 - 0.6mm)

Streng of the skin: Believe or not  fish leader is stronger than coat, sheep and cow leather because it has cross - hatchet fibres than run only in one direction.
