Dispatch Information
In general, for payments received by midday, UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays in England), purchases are dispatched the same working day.
For payments received after midday Monday to Friday, or at weekends, or on a Bank/Public Holiday in England, purchases are dispatched the next standard working day.
On very limited occasions, when the Post Office/Royal Mail opening hours are non-standard eg close early for Easter/Xmas/New Year etc., purchases are dispatched the next standard working day.
Free Postage (UK Only) – Whilst most items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post with no signature required. Some large value and/or heavy orders are dispatched on a standard 1 working day/24 hour type courier and you will have to sign to accept your delivery.
Courier Delivery (UK Only) – You can specify for us to send your order, by a standard 1 working day/24 hour type courier and not use Royal Mail 1st Class post. This is at extra cost and you will have to sign to accept your delivery.
NB The couriers we use deliver Monday to Friday only.
International (Non-UK, If Available) – This is at extra cost. We mainly use Royal Mail International Standard. Some large value and/or heavy orders are sent using a similar delivery service, and you could have to sign to accept your delivery.
We may consolidate multiple orders into a single package.
In very rare circumstances, when multiple items are purchased on the same order, we reserve the right to split the delivery into multiple packages.
