This oil filter with part number ERR3340 fits to all naturally aspirated 2.5 diesels along with 200tdi 300tdi and most V8 up to 2002.

Oil seal is a simple screw on fit, just beware to check that the old filter still has its inner seal intact. 

Sometimes it can be left behind on the filter housing preventing the new one from getting a perfect seal and cause oil to leak out.
