You are buying the round disc. Not the grinder head pictured.
The discs are 1 15/16" across. 1/8" thick. Center hole is 5/16".
These meat grinder plates are 1/8" (3 mm) thick -
thinner than the original and 100% stainless steel.
Plate fits all the older vintage style meat grinder attachments. They will not fit the new plastic meat grinder attachments. We have the correct stuffer plate for the plastic Kitchenaid grinder attachment in our store. Look for the FGA stuffer plate.
