I would like to point out that although you may be able to find similar items from other sellers, all my jewellery items are exclusively made and designed by myself and as such you should not be able to find them elsewhere either on eBay or in the shops.
I take great pride in my work and the service I offer and I want this transaction to be a pleasant experience for both of us. These beautiful Bag/Key Charms have been lovingly made with an assortment of Tibetan silver charms, chunky silver plated chain and black pearl charms attached to a stainless steel swivel clasp. Finished off with your pet's name in silver tone letter beads and a Tibetan silver charm. Lovingly presented in an Organza Gift Bag.
A lovely way to remember a special pet.
These items are also available without personalisation and will consist of all the above materials in the picture, minus the silver tone letter beads. If you require a non personalised Bag Charm, please state this in Note to Sellers when ordering.
When ordering please state Name required (if you want the personalised version) or Non Personalised (if you require the version without a name) in Note to Sellers.
Postage...
For postage rates and dispatch time, please see the ‘Postage and payments’ tab. Last year, due to a significant amount of items going missing I cancelled all International Postage. After numerous requests, I have decided to offer this service again. However, to enable me to do so, I now send all International Postage via Royal Mail International Signed-For. Unfortunately, this has increased the International Postage cost considerably. Sorry about this, but it was either send it signed-for or cancel International Postage altogether.

Unfortunately, I currently only accept payment by PayPal.
Before Ordering...
As already stated all of my items are handmade and as such take time to make. As I work alone there are occasions when I will have a considerable amount to orders to make and so before you purchase from me, I feel it only fair that I should draw your attention to the following:
Relevant Information
To enable me to process your order as quickly as possible please ensure that you leave all the relevant information in the Note to Sellers information box when you check out with Paypal. Any information that I require from you will be highlighted in the ‘Important Bits’ section of this listing. If for any reason you are unable to provide this information when you check out with Paypal, please email me the details after you have made your purchase. If you omit this information, I will contact you once only, to request that you send the information. Failure to provide this information within 5 days will result in cancellation of your order.
Dispatch Time
Once payment and all the relevant information have been received I will make and post your order as quickly as possible. However, at busy times this can take up to 5 working days. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery and I always retain proof of posting.
Please be aware that my working days are Monday to Friday, I do not work or post on weekends. Items ordered on Thursday or Friday may not be posted until Monday or Tuesday.
As Soon As Possible (ASAP)/Urgent Orders
I have had a number of buyers who have purchased items and then requested that they be sent as soon as possible. Please do not do this as it is unfair on other purchasers. Anyone asking for as soon as possible without contacting me first will have their order cancelled and a refund issued.
If you require an item urgently I will try my best to fit you in, but please email me and wait for my reply before purchasing to ensure that I can accommodate your order. If I can fit you in please ensure that you leave all the information that I require to make your item as failure to do so will result in a delay. Please see Relevant Information section for further details.
I also offer Next Day Delivery. Posting Monday to Thursday currently costs £6.22. If you really need the item urgently this service is worth considering as I cannot guarantee that the item will get you in time by regular 1st Class Post. Should you wish to use the Next Day Delivery service, please email me and request an amended invoice prior to purchasing.
I do not offer Next Day Delivery for a Saturday, so please do not email me on a Friday afternoon stating that you require the item for Saturday or Sunday as this will result in cancellation of your order.
Postage Costs
The price you pay for postage is not just for the price of a stamp. It also covers miscellaneous items such as padded envelopes, address labels and the time it takes me to take your item to the Post Office. Please bear this in mind when leaving feedback regarding postage costs.
Letter Beads used in Personalised Items
Unfortunately, due to the way the Letter Beads are manufactured I cannot guarantee that the thickness of typeface on each letter will be consistent. I try my best to ensure that they are all of a similar thickness; however, there are the odd occasions when one letter may be slightly thicker than the others.
