The MCRU range of regulated linear power supplies are 5 star rated products that enhance the sound quality of anything connected to them, our power supply for the Arcam R-Dac won a 5 star review in Hi-Fi Choice magazine. We also received a similar award for our power supply for the squeezebox touch. All our power supplies are designed and built in the UK to exacting standards. Please note we do NOT sell the irDAC itself just a power supply for it. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT THE DAC AS WE DON'T SELL IT.
The latest DAC from Arcam the irdac II comes supplied with a switch mode power supply, replacing it with one of our regulated linear power supplies will increase sound quality expectations enormously, it does! All who have heard it agree.
The power supply comes in 2 cases, the larger case can be sited away behind your rack, the smaller case should be placed as near to your dac as possible for optimum performance, the supply has a top quality Oyaide gold plated DC plug to connect it to the dac, an iec inlet on the rear and a basic mains lead is supplied free of charge.
MCRU make a vast range of linear power supplies to fit any item of audio equipment that is powered by low voltage DC. These include the Audiolab M-Dac, Chord Qute HD dac, Cambridge Dacmagic +, as well as streamers and NAS drives.

The power supply is available in 240V, 120V and 100V for any country in the world, it will be supplied with the appropriate mains power lead for your country, as an example UK, EU schuko, USA nema, Australian etc. You do not need to specify at time of ordering as we build these to order and will make it to suit your country.

Most of the cables we sell are hand assembled in our workshops and fully tested prior to dispatch, everything possible is done to the finished article to ensure it improves your system or your money back.

All MCRU's EBAY orders are sent using royal mail, or DPD local couriers. We accept full responsibility if items are lost in transit and will dispatch replacements if a problem occurs. We try to be fair and realistic with postal times and charges and do respectfully request that customers are realistic with their expectations on delivery times.
Everything we sell can be returned within 14 days under the distance selling regulations, we do not refund postage there or back as we would hope problems can be resolved prior to the item being returned, please feel free to contact us prior to returning anything so we can try to resolve any issues you may have.
