Personalised Gifts have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised.
We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfill your order.  We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct.
We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted / incorrectly ordered goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1.50 will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made. You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to obtain a proof of posting.
