Warranty & Return:
1. If you are unsatisfied, you can return the item in original conditions (New, Never used), then we give you the refund or replacement.
2. If the item arrives with apparent damage, please contact us and take photo on it, we will can replace it for you.
3. If you make sure that a product is defective before using it, we will be able to accept it back for replace or refund.
4. Buyer must pay the return postage for any reason, no exception. and we will pay the resend postage (In case of need to resend).

Shipping:

Items shipped to United States are via USPS (ePacket shipping).
Items shipped to other countries, we offer two shipping methods for you to choose. One is ordinary Air Mail without tracking number (Economy Int'l Shipping), And the other is Registered Air Mail with tracking number (Standard Int'l Shipping). We highly suggest you choose registered mail ,because it can be tracked.
