At Jax Electronics, I try to keep all listings as simple as possible. I am an individual and not a large corporation, very easy to work with. I do guarantee all of my product, as it is New Old Stock. I do know sometimes there are problems with them. When you make a purchase, you do accept that you know what the part is a how it is supposed to work. I have no clue, I know part numbers and whether I have it or not. My return policy is simple, please read it.
Misuse of components outside of their specs by buyer, is not acceptable grounds for returns. Buyer assumes all responsibility that he/she knows what they are doing with electronic components. It is very rare that the components I ship out are bad, most are all NOS. All returns are subject to inspection. Depending on the circumstance will I refund freight. I prefer Paypal for payment. If you buy multiple items, please wait until I send an invoice to you before you pay. I will combine your purchases and save you on freight in most cases.
