We don't limit the amount of text you can have - but bear in mind this is a 45mm wide pocket watch, so we would advise a maximum of 60 characters over 5 lines. Any more and the text would become rather small.

We can engrave on the front or back. If you don't specify, we'll engrave on the back.

(We may need to adjust the layout to ensure the best fit on your item, but will use our experience to ensure your item looks as attractive as possible.) 

3. Please check carefully your spelling, dates etc, as we engrave exactly what you send us

Now send us your choice of font and engraving message by using the paypal / eBay notes to seller box you will see when you pay

• We will notify you on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail.
• We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please do contact us before and after the sale with any queries.
• We are happy to replace or fully refund any items that have been damaged or lost in transit to you or if the wrong item is dispatched.
• If you change your mind (for non-personalised products) we accept returns within 14 days of purchase providing that the products are unopened and unused. Buyer pays return postage.
• Because the products are personalised, sadly we are unable to refund you if you change your mind once the product is processed.
• Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report any problems within 48hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
• Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID
• All goods are sent either via Royal Mail first class post (up to 2kg) or Interlink Express (over 2 kg).
