A recent face to face meeting with a Royal Mail representative confirmed that 98% of post arrives without issue, which does mean that 2% may get lost or delayed, which we, unfortunately, cannot do anything about. Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent, please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be assured it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail.
We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time, but please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.
We only ship to the address on Paypal. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances. Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase. We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 3 days of payment not being received. If you would like to cancel an order please contact us, if the item has not been dispatched we will refund and cancel the order. We accept PayPal only, unless stated otherwise on the listing.
