We describe our items to the best of our ability, we look for flaws, breaks, chips, cracks, discoloration, errors, etc., anything that will take away from the use-ability of the item. If we see anything we will tell you, but we are human and we can miss something, and we are not experts at anything. We do not do refunds or exchanges unless we have grossly misrepresented an item or its condition, so please ask all of your questions before you buy the items, we will answer to the best of our ability. If by chance we do offer a refund, there is an automatic 15% restocking fee for that item. We do not refund shipping charges, the post office has that.
