USA
All items will be shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends, holidays).

All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped via USPS Mail.  Express mail is also available, which generally takes one day to arrive after it is shipped.  To upgrade to Express, or add signature confirmation or insurance please contact us.  Signature confirmation required on orders totaling $250 or more.

Icon Relics reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability.

INTERNATIONAL
Icon Relics ships worldwide.  All items are shipped USPS, and rates depend on the weight and size of the item.  All international packages with a value over $100 are sent priority mail so that there will be a tracking number.  Also signature confirmation required on orders totaling $250 or more.

International Shipping Options:

First Class International is the least expensive shipping method.  First Class International generally takes 10-21 days, but does NOT include tracking or insurance.

Priority Mail International is a mid-priced shipping method.  Global Priority International usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, and includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance.  We recommend this shipping method.

Express Mail International usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing and comes with tracking, confirmation, and insurance.  We highly recommend this shipping method, especially for time-sensitive deliveries.  (Depending on the customer’s country’s customs department, this shipping method may take longer than 5-7 days.  This is not the responsibility of Icon Relics).

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Icon Relics is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur.  The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We are not held responsible for parcels once they have been posted.  We keep receipts of all proof of postage.  Any concern please contact your post office or email us.

Returns
Due to the unique nature of vintage and antique merchandise Icon Relics currently does not offer a returns policy.  So please love what you purchase as all sales are considered final.

We do our best to list things as accurately as possible but as we are only human we do occasionally make mistakes.  If this happens please contact us immediately and we will do our best to take care of it.
