If you're the first bidder on an auction item and win the auction than I will discount 5% from the winning price
(excluding shipping cost, only item cost only).
That gives you great incentive for being the first bidder on an item or items you want and give you an advantage
of 5% against other bidders.
This will only apply to an auction item. All non auction items such as buy it now or best offer are not included. 5% will be refunded to your paypal account after you have paid for an item.
