For sale are new 3/32" (.0938") two-flute, center-cut, carbide endmills made by Kyocera Tycom. These are probably the best small diameter endmills made. These tools are built for cutting FR4 and plastics, but should be strong enough to cut aluminum, copper, and brass under fluid. The tools have a .390” flute length, and have a plastic ring for ease in identification and depth control.

Kyocera Tycom is the premier manufacturer of small carbide cutting tools in the USA. They use premier submicron grain carbide from Japan, which will help prevent the tool from breaking while extending tool life.
The “rules of the tools” apply. What this means is that all unused tools can be returned for a full refund (minus freight), no questions asked.
