35L Stainless Steel Mash Tun Basic Kit

Product Information

This mash tun is made of food grade stainless steel inside and outside but with Polyurethane forming in the middle of double wall for insulation. With the high performance insulation, it can perfectly mashing the grain well in 1 to 2 hours with just 2-3 degree temperature drop down. And the well fitted stainless steel false bottom just seat on the stainless steel supporter with a height just above the outlet of the tap. This design make it much easier to take out the false bottom to clean the mash tun and the 2 ring supporter. The 35L mash tun has a net vollume around 35L mashing capacity, it is suitable for a brew size between 20L to 40L, or equivalent to 4kg to 6kg grain for mashing, say add 2.5 ~ 3 L water per kg grain. The efficiency can reach about 80% by 3 to 4 batch sparging.

  • A wooden spoon for stir grain will also given as bonus which is very helpful to stir the grain porridge without worry about broken of the spoon.

Notes

35L is the net vollume measured inside of the mash tun, and there's option to install stainless steel tap and dial thermometer which shall cost you extra $30 each(showed in last pictures) to install.
