Cheques and Postal Orders:
Your cheque or Uncrossed Postal Order for the total amount (cost of item plus postage) should be made payable to "A&A Shoes LTD"

Please put a note in with your cheque to state your eBay user ID and the description of the shoes you have purchased and the size of the shoe along with the item number.

Once the cheque clears the shoes will be dispatched according to the delivery option chosen.

UK:
We aim to dispatch the goods within 1 working day after payment has been received. We provide 24 hour and 48 hour tracked* delivery services to UK mainland only. You can choose between the two services by adding the item to the basket and then clicking on checkout. 24 hour tracked delivery applies to orders received before midday Monday to Thursday only. Orders received after Thursday midday will be received on the following Monday on a 24 hour tracked service or Tuesday on a 48 hour tracked service.

Our tracked 48 hour deliveryservice is with Royal Mail - Delivery estimate is 2 - 3 working days.

Our tracked 24 hour delivery service is with Interlink Express.

We can provideRoyal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1PM next day delivery service. Please message us if you are interested with this delivery option and we can provide you a quotation. Please note we do not guarantee Saturday delivery with any postal option.

We will inform you via e-mail when you purchase has been dispatched with its tracking number.

International:
For International and overseas customers we accept PayPal only.

International deliveries are made using Royal Mail, please allow 3-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. We attempt to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from when the order has been placed.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our products.

Customs and Import Charges:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

BFPO:
We deliver to BFPO addresses. The address must be registered in UK mainland, rather than the country where you are posted. Please ensure you check your address, we will dispatch it accordingly but it is then the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.

Royal Mail sorting office:
It is Royal Mail's policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can leave us a message if you would like the parcel to be left in a safe place. We will make this clear on the address label. However please note we can only request for this and it is not guaranteed the post man/woman will oblige. You can call the sorting office to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will find out for you.

If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you; however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if the item does not fit or is unsuitable you can return it for an exchange/refund within 7 WORKING DAYS ONLY.

All returning items will be inspected so please ensure when trying shoes on for size and fit, they are worn indoors on a carpeted surface only. Items must be returned UNWORN, in its original box in a saleable condition* (*Saleable condition means that shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received as, unworn in their original box, with any original tags and packaging).Items must be returned in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer box.

In cases where you receive a faulty or incorrect item please notify our customer service team so we can make notes on your file and send you a returns label. A returns label is only issued if an item is faulty or incorrect. If and when a returns label is issued and not used and the customer returns the item at their own expense then we are not liable and shall not reimburse the return postage cost.

In cases where an exchange is required whether the size is too big or small then please note customers are requested to pay P+P for the redelivery of their new item once the returning item is received. If the required item is not available for an exchange we will inform you.

In cases where a refund is required please note customers will be issued a refund excluding P+P charges in any/every and all circumstances unless item is faulty or incorrect item was sent.

We will refund the amount back to the paypal account that was used to make the purchase. Please allow us 3-5 working days for processing your refund and 7 days for all records to be updated and the amount to be cleared. If you still have not received your refund after 7 days please contact us and we shall investigate the problem with paypal.

In all circumstances of returns before repacking the unworn goods please make sure to add a little note inside the box with the following details so our team can process your exchange/refund quickly and efficiently.
