Please Note: Hair lengths are measured by stretching the hair out over a frame, and measured to the longest length. (E.g. Curly hair length is for when it’s stretched but not when it’s wavy or curly). This is a standard procedure carried out throughout the global hair industry. Please buy the correct length of hair for you - if you measure your own hair at 20 inches, or if you want a finished hanging length of 20 inches, you should buy 22 inch hair to match this length across the weft bundle. Many of our customers prefer to purchase different lengths of hair for a more natural layered look. From our experience this tends to blend in better with your own hair. Guidelines
1. Wash and condition hair regularly
2. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub
or twist hair
3. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair
till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair
to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun
5. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not
brush
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion
straight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.
7. Wear a cap when swimming or keep your hair out of water. Chlorine and
salt water can cause the hair to tangle and mat up. It is recommended to wear
your hair up or in a ponytail when you swim and exercise.
8. Hair may tangle if general care directions are
not followed properly.
9. Braid the hair at night to prevent tangling.

Frequently Asked Questions: Q. How many packs of hair do I need? A: Each hair bundle weighs 100g Hair is sold by weight, so longer lengths will have fewer strands, (that is - Weft track shortens as the hair length increases). If you like full head of hair - You will need 3 weft bundles of shorter lengths for a full head, and 4 wefts of the longer lengths. You may also want to add a matching lace closure to complete your glamorous look (Check out closure here).
A single weft bundle will NOT be enough to give you a full head of hair. We sell single bundles so that you can select the size combination you want to complete your new look.
One bundle is not enough for a full head of hair! For average head size, we recommend: 12"-18": 3 bundles or more depending on the style you want 22"-28": 4 bundles or more depending on the style you want - if you want a lot of hair at maximum length you might want to buy 5 bundles. 4 bundles will give you a full head of hair If you are adding tracks to your own hair, one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to 18" hair length. If you are getting the hair bonded one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to 18" hair length. If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist. Q. What type of hair care products should I use? A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time. Q. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled? A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, is not 100% virgin human hair, the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as long as our 100% virgin hair. Q. How long does it last? A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, for it to last longer. Many hair experts prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair. Q. Remy and Virgin hair, What are the difference? A: The term Remy is used to describe extensions that have all the hair cuticles lined up and pointed in the same direction - roots at the top and ends at the bottom - just like how your natural hair is. This really means the hair is less prone to matting and tangling and the hair remains silky and soft. Virgin hair hasn't been coloured or processed in any way, but it will have been washed and lightly conditioned, just like you would treat your own hair. Virgin hair is collected by tying off the hair to maintain the direction of the cuticle and then cut. After the hair is cut and collected it is sewn on a weft, pre-bonded, made into wigs or left in bulk form. Thank you for your time and support!
