Q&A:
Q: Is this cable suitable for connection to a wall-mounted 120w PIR Floodlight to be used with a standard mains wall plug
A: This cable could be used for this purpose if the cable isn't being buried into the ground etc you might find it easier to use a flexible cable - it won't be as rigid to get it to fit into connections etc
something like this : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-1-5mm-3-Core-3183Y-Round-Flexible-Cable-Lighting-Power-Heating/161708876889?hash=item25a699a459:m:m071Ve61NmlvMGTfOYJJ7ww
thanks

Q: Hey there, can I submerge this cable across a pond and up a stream?
A: I would recommend burying all cables if there is moving water with potential debris as this will erode the cable over time.
Regarding ponds were 'still ' water exists and little debris we do have a rubber 'pond' flex -

Q: Is this ok for running from an outside waterproof electric socket to a summerhouse; some length being underground(under some flags) but mostly attached to a fence? If so is it possible to order 25meters?
A: Hi-tuff is a great outdoor cable - resistant to uv, weathering etc but not great resistance to mechanical stress i.e getting hit, bit by a dog etc but i would alway recommend SWA cable if the cable is going to be exposed but you will know what you require this to do. If you are looking to power a socket over 25 meters i would recommend you would need a 2.5mm dia core cable - something like this : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-5mm-3-Core-Brown-Black-Grey-6943X-SWA-Cable-for-Lights-Power-Underground/151941788521?hash=item23606fb369:m:mr0B2KRB7HN9zHSKGTjLW8A
