We ship daily Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).  All items posted within 1 business day after cleared payment (unless holiday settings are turned on).  

Shipping times vary according to your location, but as a general guide allow 2-6 business days, more if in a rural/remote areas. Please note ebay estimated delivery dates are estimates only, if you need your item fast please choose express post option in checkout to avoid disappointment - express post is 1-3 days for deliver,  more for some remote areas, we are not liable for delays by Australia Post.

Payment is required within 5 days of purchase, if no contact / payment is made after 5 days an unpaid item case is opened so that I can be refunded ebay fees and relist item.

Having trouble making payment? - Most payment issues are related to the device you are using or the mobile app, simply logging into ebay.com.au (full website) or using another device generally fixes most payment issues.

If you have any problems or wish to return an item firstly go to the item and click on contact seller "ask seller a question" and let us know, we are very reasonable to deal with and we will work out the best option for you in terms of refund or replacement.

Returns within 30 days are accepted if item is returned in original packaging for change of mind, refunds for change of mind are minus postage costs in this instance and returns at buyers expense (please note free postage is not free and reasonable postage costs will be deducted from refund for change of mind).

All items are inspected prior to posting for damage, however Australia Post can be rough at times. If your item is damaged during transit please take a photo of damage or describe problem and I will assist.  Large fragile items have included insurance on the purchase price and are covered by Australia Post if damaged - you will be messaged by me upon sending if this applies to your purchase.
