What’s the Martini Twist?
The name for tilting the tee toward the pin about 20 degrees. This means when you hit the ball you’re just lifting it right off the cup, and gives you as zero of friction as any tee. And yes; we’ve heard the joke about tilting your tee a half-inch forward will give you an extra half-inch. Just try it. It works a whole lot better than that.
