• Insurance is included on all orders. At our discretion, we may opt to self-insure any order. All orders are covered and insured to the point of delivery.

• All of our orders are shipped insured. We can file a claim on any order where the tracking information shows the package as not delivered. We must wait a period of two weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim and either refund your money or send you a replacement. A lost or missing coin Affidavit MUST be singed, notarized, and mailed to us before we can refund or replace your order - NO EXCEPTIONS. We are no longer responsible for any order where the tracking information is marked as DELIVERED - we are unable to file a claim on any order marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal carrier's office in order to seek resolution.
