- We use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Big order will be shipped via Priority mail or Fedex Ground without any extra cost.

1. Product Eligibility:

- Unused item - in the same condition as it was received which means no sign of use, no scratch with connectors and cables remained intact.

2. Terms
- Returns received within 30 days from delivery date is eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
- Returns received within 30-60 day period will be eligible for exchange or store credit at current selling price or original purchased price (whichever less).
- No returns accepted after 60 days from delivery date - No Exception
- Any unwanted product in brand new/resalable condition is subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Return Process
- Contact us for pre-paid postage return label if needed. Minimum postage of $5.95 might be deducted from your refund amount.
- Ship to us at your own expense and we will process the return within 3 business days after delivery
