The diagnostic kit allows you to tap into your cars engine/transmission computer ( Also known as ECM) to read LIVE engine data and engine fault codes to help diagnose problems and issues!

Advanced Engine Diagnostics (AED) can be registered onto one laptop only, once the license is used, it cannot be installed onto another laptop.

To use our ALDL kit, you need a windows laptop runing XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10.

If you have a VX,VU or VY V6 Holden comodore with a Flash Based ECM, then yes you can retune your ECM (Engine Computer Module) using this ALDL cable with free tuning software available on the web. This tuning software is not developed by me, but it is free to use and provided on our CD.

If you have a commodore not listed above (Such as VT V6), then you car has a Memcal Based ECM which require additional hardware (NVRAM) installed into it before you can perform tuning using an ALDL Cable. For more information, please contact me.
