I check all of my discs before I put them up for sale. I do my best to see every minute scratch, but occasionally I may miss one because of lighting, etc. So, in general, the discs is usually in mint condition, or it may possibly have a minor surface scratch (and by minor, I mean minor) that does not affect play at all. But, I do guarantee them for playability. If they do not play, I will refund your money. Nothing is perfect in life. Sometimes you even get one from the factory that doesn't play.
