Shipping Information.

Orders received before 4:00 pm GMT, with cleared funds will be dispatched the same working day by the Royal Mail, depending on your location. Orders received after 4.00pm will be dispatched th next working day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on next working day. We will dispatch items to PayPal registered address only, make sure your address is correct, before you place order.

eBay Free postage is by the Royal Mail 2^nd class postal service delivery normally in 3-5 working days. Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands will not incur additional costs but may be a slower service than stated.

1st Class 'Signed For' postage by the Royal Mail delivery is normally received in 1-2 working days. Northern Ireland, UK Highlands and Islands will not incur additional costs but may be a slower service than stated.

Guaranteed Next Working Day UK delivery is by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which also includes insurance for goods up to £500.00 in value.

Deliveries to Europe will be dispatched by 1st class standard Airmail, delivery can be expected in 5-7 working days. Also available is the Royal Mail “International Signed For” service, which is a tracked service and a tracking number will be supplied.

Item Not Received.

We rely on the Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries and we have no control over their system. Royal Mail state that "Items cannot be considered lost until after 15 working days of postage". Please go to the Royal Mail website for further details.

We process all orders according to our dispatch promise. If your item is delayed by the Royal Mail, international local postal services or the international Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for the delay.

For lost or damaged goods in transit: - We will always assist with insurance claims and will replace/refund once the carrier confirms the claim is valid. Post Office and MyHermes insurance claims can take 4-6 weeks to complete - please be patient.

Returns.

To return an item to ConsoleParts4U, please contact us through eBay messages for a return’s authorization. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return. The cost of postage for remorse returns is not covered by ConsoleParts4U.

Once you have received confirmation from us to return your item, simply return it back to us, including the invoice. Please include a description of why the product has been returned.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, please re-use original packaging or similar if available. The returns policy does not cover for installation damage and items like touch screens and LCD screens, must be tested prior to full installation and removal of protective films. 

We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund your money back if the product is no longer available.

Refunds.

You may return any unopened unused item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days. Please note that for a remorse returns, the original P&P cost we incurred on your purchase are not refundable.

Exchanges.

You may return any unopened unused item, if purchased in error for exchange to the correct product, within 14 days of purchase.  

Order Cancellation.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us through eBay messages on same day before 3:00pm on weekdays, so that we may cancel your order and refund your payment. Order placed over the weekend that you would like to cancel, please contact us before 3:00pm on the following Monday. Any refund will be made back through the same payment gateway you chose through our checkout system. Cancellation requests received after these times will have to be handled by our returns policy.

Fraud.

All lasers and internal gadget parts are security marked or QR bar-coded. returned items will be security checked to verify they were originally supplied by us.
